Purpose

This website provides information about Quontis Technologies and its subscription analysis service: Djinnex Desk, the intraday analysis of the Asia, London and New York sessions. It also publishes three free resources: Quontis Global Regime, the Calendar and Learn. What it says about the service and its price forms part of what you contract for. Nothing it publishes is personalised investment advice.

Use of the website

Access to the public pages is unrestricted. The private area, which will open with the first sign-ups, will be reserved for subscribers, including during their trial. Anyone who uses the website undertakes to do so lawfully and with respect for its content.

Artificial intelligence

Quontis Technologies uses artificial intelligence to produce the Djinnex Desk reports, with its own analysis system, and to read aloud those that include audio, with a voice generated with artificial intelligence that does not imitate any real person.

Each Djinnex Desk report carries the label “Produced with artificial intelligence” at the top, next to the title, and, if it includes audio, the audio says so at the start.

Your emails are answered by a person.

Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. The reports are produced by the system, under the responsibility of the owner of Quontis Technologies (see “Website owner”). If we find an error in a publication, we correct it in your dashboard and indicate this, with the date and time of the correction. Read the risk warning before trading.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, diagrams and design of this website, the Djinnex Desk analysis system and Quontis Global Regime belong to the owner of Quontis Technologies (see “Website owner”), or the owner uses them with the authorisation of whoever holds the rights to them. The Djinnex Desk reports are generated by its analysis system: you may read and use them as set out in the terms and conditions (see “Personal use”). Quontis Technologies, Djinnex Desk and Quontis Global Regime are trade names and trade marks used by that same owner.

MetaTrader, Dow Jones, Nasdaq 100, S&P 500, DAX, FTSE 100, Nikkei 225, CME Group, S&P Global, PMI, ISM, ADP and The Conference Board, and the names of the companies and bodies that appear in the calendar and in the reports, are trade marks or names of their respective owners. They are cited only to identify platforms, indices, markets, data and companies; mentioning them does not imply any relationship, sponsorship or endorsement.

Liability

Quontis Technologies endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. Trading decisions are yours: the analysis is an expectation, not a certainty or an order, and we do not guarantee you any result. That is why we are not liable for what you gain or lose as a result of the decisions you make when trading. We are, however, liable, as the law provides, for the damage we cause you if we do not provide the service as contracted or if we act intentionally or negligently. As regards the analysis, what you are contracting for is that it is prepared and published as described in the terms and conditions and on this website, not that it turns out to be right: the fact that an expectation is not met is not, in itself, a failure of the service or negligence on our part. Nothing on this page limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

If you contract for Djinnex Desk in the course of a business or profession, our liability to you is limited, as set out in the terms and conditions (see “Who can subscribe”).

Applicable law and courts

This website, these terms and conditions and the contracts you enter into with the owner of Quontis Technologies (see “Website owner”) are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer and live in another country, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the rules of your country that cannot be set aside by contract.

If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim against us before the courts of the place where you live or before any other courts the law allows. If we had to bring a claim against you, we would do so before the courts of the place where you live. If you contract as a business or in the course of your profession, jurisdiction lies with the courts determined by the applicable rules.

Customer service and complaints

You can write to us, ask us questions or make a complaint through any of these channels:

If you make a complaint or a claim to us, through whatever channel, we give you a written acknowledgement with a reference number: by email or, if we do not have your email address, by letter. We reply as soon as possible and within ten working days at most (about two weeks); even if there are public holidays in between, never more than fifteen calendar days. If we do not give you a solution, we tell you so in writing and tell you which consumer alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity you can turn to and whether we will take part in its procedure (see “Dispute resolution”).

This service is only there to assist you: we do not use it to send you advertising. We only let you know that sign-ups are open if you ask us to.

Complaint and claim forms

When we open sign-ups, the official complaint and claim forms (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones) of the Junta de Andalucía (the regional government of Andalusia) will be available to you, on paper and in electronic format. In the meantime, if you want to use the official form, download it from www.consumoresponde.es, fill it in and send it to us first, by email to support@quontistechnologies.com or by letter to the address given under “Website owner”. If we do not reply within ten working days or you do not agree with the reply, you can take it to the Junta de Andalucía.

We reply to you in writing as soon as possible and within ten working days at most (about two weeks); even if there are public holidays in between, never more than fifteen calendar days. More information: www.consumoresponde.es · consumoresponde@juntadeandalucia.es · freephone 900 21 50 80.

Dispute resolution

If we do not resolve your claim, we will tell you in writing which consumer alternative dispute resolution entity can hear your case, with its full name and website, and whether we will take part in that procedure. It may be, for example, a consumer arbitration board (junta arbitral de consumo); in Andalusia, the public body is the Junta Arbitral de Consumo de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía (the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia). Consumer arbitration is free of charge for you.

You can also ask for help from the consumer services of your autonomous community or your local council and, if you live in another country of the European Union, from the European Consumer Centre in your country. The European online dispute resolution platform stopped operating on 20 July 2025: that is why we do not link to it.

And, if you are a consumer, you can go to the courts of the place where you live (see “Applicable law and courts”). If you sue in Spain, Spanish law generally requires you to have first tried to reach a solution out of court, such as negotiation with us or mediation (Organic Law 1/2025). Keep your complaint and the acknowledgement we give you: they may help you prove that you tried. Complaining to us, using the complaint and claim forms or asking the consumer services for help does not prevent you from suing afterwards. Consumer arbitration, on the other hand, only takes place if we both accept it, and it ends with an award that is binding on both of us: after that, the same matter can no longer be taken to court, except to ask, in the cases provided for by law, for the award to be annulled or reviewed.

While sign-ups are not open

This website has no forms or accounts, and it does not load anything from external sources. Today we only process two things: the messages you send us, by email or by letter, in order to reply to you, deal with your complaints and claims and, if you ask us to, let you know when we open sign-ups; and the technical logs that the website’s server keeps of each visit. What follows already applies to that data: who the controller is, what we use it for, how long we keep it, who receives it and your rights. The parts about accounts, the trial, payments and invoices will apply when we open sign-ups.

Privacy information

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, either first-party or third-party. It only stores in your browser what is strictly necessary to give you what you request. The law does not require your consent for this (Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on information society services, LSSI), and that is why you do not see a cookie notice:

While sign-ups are not open, only the theme and the language you choose are stored. If one day we use other cookies, we will ask for your permission first, with a button to reject them that is as visible as the one to accept them. You can delete all of this at any time from your browser settings: the website will go back to the dark theme and to your browser’s language and, once there is a private area, you will have to log in to it again.

Who you are contracting with

You are contracting with Anouar Andalous, an individual, who provides this service under the trade name Quontis Technologies. Tax identification number (NIF/NIE): X5993372D. Address: C/ Chiclana, 35, 04750 Dalías (Almería), Spain. Email address: support@quontistechnologies.com. These details are also given under “Website owner”. These terms and conditions are the same for all subscribers.

Who can subscribe

You can subscribe if you live in any country in the world where we can sell to you, you are aged 18 or over and you are of legal age in your country. When you sign up, you confirm your age and, at the payment step, you tell us which country you live in. If we cannot sell to you in your country, we tell you at that same step, before charging you anything.

These terms and conditions are designed for consumers. If you contract for your business or your profession, you are not a consumer: you do not have the right of withdrawal and our liability to you is limited: we are liable only for direct loss, not for loss of profits, and up to a maximum of the amount you have paid for Djinnex Desk in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the loss. This limit does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, or to any liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Everything else applies to you in the same way. At the payment step, enter your tax identification number (NIF). If your business is in another country of the European Union, enter your intra-Community VAT number, which we check in the European VIES system: if it is valid, your invoice does not include Spanish VAT and you declare it yourself (“reverse charge”). The amount you pay is the same.

The service and its price

There is only one paid service: Djinnex Desk, the intraday analysis of the Asia, London and New York sessions, as described in “What Djinnex Desk includes”. It costs €69 a month at the founder price, which is for life, as long as you stay subscribed; for those who subscribe when the 1,000 places have already been filled, or who return after their trial or after a cancellation, €149 a month. Both prices are in euros, include taxes and are charged every month in advance, with no minimum term. There is only one free trial per person and per card: if you have never had one, you start with 14 days free while the launch offer lasts (see “Free launch trial”); if you return after your trial or after a cancellation, you return without a trial.

Who has the founder price, and when it is lost, is explained in “Founder price”.

Founder price

Founder price for the first 1,000 subscribers. It is a price for life: anyone who joins as a founder keeps it, with no increases, as long as they stay subscribed.

The founder price is €69 a month, taxes included. Those 1,000 places are counted in order of sign-up, by the date and time at which you confirm, including if you are still in your trial: if your sign-up is among those 1,000, the amount you authorise is the founder price and that is the amount you are charged, even if the places are filled before your trial ends.

Until the 1,000 places are filled, a place becomes free for the next sign-up when the person holding it reaches the end of their trial having already cancelled, withdraws, or cancels up to day 29 and gets the first charge back. Once they are filled, they are not reopened, even if fewer than 1,000 founders remain later on. The place of anyone who loses it by not paying a charge on time does not become free. When those 1,000 places are filled, the price becomes €149 a month, taxes included, for those who subscribe from then on; this does not affect anyone who already has the founder price: they keep paying €69 a month, taxes included. “For life” means for the whole of your subscription, with no end date, as long as you stay subscribed. For these purposes, the following also count as cancelling your subscription: withdrawing, not paying on time a charge that could not be taken (see “Price and billing”) and our closing your account (see “Personal use”). “For life” is not a promise that the service will always be provided (see “Changes to the service”). If you cancel your subscription, you lose your founder place permanently: if you come back later, you come back without a trial and pay €149 a month, taxes included, even if there are still places left. Undoing a cancellation during the trial does not take away your founder price. Before you confirm your sign-up, you see the amount that applies to you (see “Your consent to being charged”).

What Djinnex Desk includes

Access to the private area with the intraday analysis for each session day in Asia, London and New York:

Each publication includes the 5-minute candlestick chart of the session for each asset (an indicative sketch, not an order), the bias thermometer for each asset, the essentials of each day and the full analysis one click away (key zones, scenarios and risks). You also have the glossary, with the terms of the trade explained in plain language. Every session since your sign-up stays in your dashboard: its publications and the changes in the thermometer.

It includes everything published since your sign-up, for as long as the subscription lasts. You can also email us about your account, your trial, your subscription or a complaint, and ask us for information about the service. To understand the analysis, you have the guide “How to read a report” and the glossary, in Learn. Email support never gives opinions on your trades or tells you what to do with them: it is not personalised investment advice.

Free launch trial

The trial is free, lasts 14 days and gives full access to Djinnex Desk. The day you sign up counts as day 1, and all calendar days count, including weekends and public holidays, even if there is no session; the trial is not extended because of them. The trial ends at the end of its last day, day 14. Each day ends at midnight, Madrid time. Before you confirm your sign-up, and in your dashboard, you can see the exact date of each of these steps:

The free trial is a launch offer: it may stop being available later on. If this changes, we will say so on this website, and trials that have already started will be honoured.

Price and billing

The price of your subscription is the one set out in “The service and its price”: the founder price, if you have it (see “Founder price”), or the price for anyone who subscribes once the 1,000 places have been filled, or who comes back after their trial or after a cancellation (€149 a month), taxes included and with no minimum term. Your subscription has no end date: it lasts until you cancel it and is paid monthly, in advance. You pay with a credit or debit card, through our payment provider, an entity authorised to provide payment services. We never see or store your full card number.

If you do not cancel your trial, the first charge is made on day 15, the day after its last day, for the amount you authorised when you signed up, to the card you provided when you started. After that, you are charged every month on the same day of the month as the first charge; if a month does not have that day (for example, the 31st), on the last day of that month. Each charge is made on that day, Madrid time, never earlier, and covers the month that begins on that day. If you come back without a trial, the first charge is made when you confirm your sign-up and covers the month that begins on that day; after that, every month on the same day.

If a charge cannot be made. We notify you immediately by email and in your dashboard. From the time of that notice, you have exactly 7 days to pay it from your dashboard, with your card or another one, without any surcharge, and in the meantime you keep your access; the notice tells you the date and time at which that period ends. During those days, we may also retry that same charge on your card, unless you have already paid it or have cancelled. Paying it within that period does not change the date of your subsequent charges: they are still made on the same day of the month on which that charge was due. If you pay it in time, everything stays the same, including your founder price. If not, at the end of that period your subscription ends, you lose access and we tell you so by email. It counts as a cancellation, just as when we close your account (see “Personal use”): you lose the founder price and, if you come back, you come back without a trial and pay €149 a month, taxes included. If, because of this, the first charge is made later, the 14 days in which you can leave at no cost are counted from that charge.

Taxes. The price is the same wherever you live and already includes the tax we have to charge you: Spanish VAT (in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla there is no VAT: there, whatever tax applies, if any) or, where the law requires it, the tax of your country. If you live outside the European Union, it does not include Spanish VAT: only your country’s tax, where its law requires it. To apply the right one, at the payment step we ask you for your country and your billing address. If your card is not in euros, your bank may charge you a currency conversion fee.

If the price changes. We can only change the price of your subscription if our costs of providing the service go up (market data, systems, hosting or payments) or if taxes change. We notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, with the new price and the date. The new price applies from your first charge after that period. If you do not agree, cancel before then, without any cost: until then you pay your current price. If you have the founder price, this section does not apply to you: your price does not go up as long as you stay subscribed (see “Founder price”).

Invoices. We issue an invoice for each charge. You have the right to receive it on paper, free of charge. When you sign up, you choose how you want it, with neither option pre-selected: on paper or by email (and in your dashboard). You can switch from one to the other whenever you like, from your dashboard or by writing to us. During the trial there is no charge and, therefore, no invoice either. If we refund you any money, we send you a corrective invoice.

Your consent to being charged

To start the trial, you accept these terms and conditions and, in addition, you expressly authorise the charge by ticking a separate box that is never pre-ticked and that shows the amount that applies to you: if you do not cancel your trial before its last day ends, from the following day you will be charged that amount every month, taxes included, until you cancel. If you come back without a trial, the box states that you will be charged that amount when you confirm your sign-up and, after that, every month, on the same day, until you cancel. Without that authorisation, the trial cannot be started and no charge is made.

Before you confirm your sign-up, you see, together and clearly displayed: what Djinnex Desk includes; the day your trial ends and that, if you do not cancel, it becomes a paid subscription (if you have a trial); the date and amount of the first charge; that you will then be charged that amount every month, until you cancel, with no minimum term; how to cancel and the last day on which you can leave at no cost; and the last day on which you can withdraw. Your sign-up is confirmed with a button that clearly states that the order obliges you to pay (for example, “Subscribe with obligation to pay”): even though the trial is free, by using it you agree that, if you do not cancel in time, you will be charged.

How the contract is concluded

Notices before each charge

Before your trial ends, we send you two emails. The first, on day 7 of your trial, sets out the date and amount of the first charge, what happens if you do not cancel, the last day to leave at no cost (see “Cancellation”) and the link to cancel: it reaches you 8 days before the first charge and 22 days before that last day. The second, on day 12, reminds you of the same information. In your dashboard you also have a summary of your trial and, on its last day, a reminder. The email confirming your sign-up already tells you those dates and how to cancel. After that, before each monthly charge, we notify you by email at least 15 days before the last day to cancel, with the date and amount of the charge, what happens if you do not cancel and the link to do so. If you come back without a trial, you authorise the first charge when you confirm: there are no trial emails; the notices for monthly charges are the same as for everyone.

Cancellation

Cancelling is as easy as signing up: from your dashboard, with one click, without calling or writing to anyone. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time, with no minimum term.

When you cancel or undo a cancellation, we confirm it by email immediately. Cancelling is free of charge.

Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, counted from the day after your sign-up (with the day of your sign-up as day 1, up to and including day 15), without having to give any reason. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period is extended until the end of the next working day. Before you confirm your sign-up, and in your dashboard, you can see the exact date.

There is only one period: it runs from your sign-up, including during the trial, and it does not start again when the trial becomes a paid subscription, because before you confirm your sign-up we tell you clearly that this will happen if you do not cancel. The trial and withdrawal are two different things: the trial ends on day 14; the withdrawal period, on day 15 or, if it is extended, on the next working day.

It is sufficient for you to send us your withdrawal before the period ends.

Model withdrawal form

You only need to complete and return this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract. We also send it to you with the email confirming your sign-up.

Days without a session

Djinnex Desk publishes its analysis on Asia, London and New York session days; on days without a session there are no publications. Bitcoin also trades at night and at weekends: what it does outside the sessions is covered in the context of the next publication. Trial days are calendar days: days without a session also count. On days when the markets of a session are closed for a public holiday, that session has no publications. The Asia session is the exception: if it is a public holiday in Tokyo, it still has publications, without the Nikkei 225. In half-day sessions there may be fewer publications; if so, we let you know in your dashboard. The price is monthly and does not change according to the number of session days in each month.

Personal use

Your subscription, including during the free trial, is a personal, non-transferable licence: it is for you and for your own use. It is prohibited to copy, forward or publish the reports, in whole or in part, in groups or channels or on social networks, and to share your access. Nor may you, either during your subscription or afterwards, extract the reports or their data in bulk or by automated means, or use them for any of these three purposes: reconstructing the method by which they are produced in order to publish it or do business with it; offering others a similar product or service; or training artificial intelligence systems. You may, however, study the reports in order to learn, check whether they are right, use what you learn in your own decisions and give your opinion on the service.

If you break these rules, we warn you by email, ask you to stop and allow you 5 days to give us your explanation. If you continue, or if the breach is serious (for example, publishing the reports in a channel or selling your access), we close your account and terminate the contract, and we tell you so by email, stating the reason. From that day there are no further charges and we refund the unused part of the month you have paid for. This does not prevent us from claiming damages from you for the harm the breach causes us.

Availability

Djinnex Desk reports depend on market data, on providers and on systems that can fail. As a result, there may be days when a publication arrives late or does not arrive. The private area may also experience interruptions due to maintenance or to technical causes outside our control.

We work to prevent this, so that each report comes out on time and the private area is available on every session day. When a publication arrives late or does not arrive, we let you know in your dashboard.

We do not promise 100% availability or any specific figure: Quontis Technologies cannot ensure that every publication arrives, or that publications always arrive on time. That does not limit your rights. If a publication does not arrive, or arrives so late that it is no longer useful for its session, you can ask us by email for a price reduction proportionate to what you did not receive. If a fault is not minor, or stops being minor because it recurs, you can terminate the contract and we refund the part of the price corresponding to the time affected by faults and anything you have paid in advance. If we consider a fault to be minor, it is up to us to prove it. You can also claim any damages that are due, as provided by law.

What you need

To use Djinnex Desk you need an internet connection, an email address that you check (that is where you receive your access and the notices about your trial and your charges) and an up-to-date browser, with strictly necessary cookies allowed (see “Cookies”), on your computer, tablet or mobile phone. You do not need to install anything.

Legal guarantee

Djinnex Desk is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and digital services: it must be as described in these terms and conditions and on this website throughout your subscription. If something does not work as contracted, write to us: we will fix it within a reasonable time and at no cost to you. If that is not possible, if we do not do so, if the fault reappears or if it is so serious that there is no point in waiting, you can ask for a price reduction for the time affected or, if the fault is not minor, terminate the contract and recover what is due to you. For as long as your subscription lasts, you do not have to prove that a fault is ours: it is up to us to prove that the service was working as contracted or that the problem arises because your device, your connection, your browser or your email does not meet the requirements set out in “What you need”. To check this, we may ask you to cooperate with us in the way that is least inconvenient for you (for example, by telling us which browser you use); if you do not cooperate, it will be up to you to prove that the fault existed.

Changes to the service

Djinnex Desk may change in order to improve or to adapt: because of changes in the markets, in their trading hours or in the data available, because of technical or security improvements, or because of changes in the law. These changes do not cost you anything extra and we tell you about them clearly.

For those same reasons, we may also change these terms and conditions, except for the price, which only changes as set out in “If the price changes”, and what is set out in “Founder price”. We send you the new version by email, stating what is changing, at least 30 days in advance, and it applies to you from your first charge after that period (if the law requires the change at shorter notice, from the date the law requires); a change that only benefits you may apply earlier. If you do not agree, cancel before it applies to you, without any cost: until then, the previous version continues to apply to you. If the party you are contracting with ever changes (see “Who you are contracting with”), we will ask you to accept the new terms and conditions, with the same notice and without your price changing; if you do not accept them, your subscription ends on that date, at no cost, and we refund the part you have paid for and not used.

If a change negatively affects your access to or use of the service (for example, if it removes an asset or a publication), we notify you by email, stating what is changing, when it changes and your right to terminate the contract free of charge, at least 30 days in advance; if the cause is beyond our control (for example, if a market or a provider stops supplying an asset or a piece of data) and we find out later, we notify you as soon as we know. You can terminate the contract free of charge within the 30 days following the notice, or following the change if it comes later, and we refund the part you have paid for and not used. If we ever stopped providing Djinnex Desk, or had to limit the number of subscribers and this meant your subscription had to end, we would notify you by email at least 30 days in advance or, if it were caused by a serious reason beyond our control (a change in the law; an essential provider, including our payment provider, ceasing to provide its service to us and our being unable to replace it in time; or something we could neither foresee nor avoid), with as much notice as we could give; you could cancel before then, at no cost, and we would refund the part of the month you had paid for and not used. If we had to change our payment provider, we could ask you by email, before your next charge, to provide your card details again or your authorisation to charge it: that alone would not change your subscription, your dates or your price, including the founder price.

Market data

The prices and charts in Djinnex Desk are those of the reference market (see “Reference prices and CFDs”). The other market data you see in Djinnex Desk and in the calendar come from official bodies, from the entities that publish each figure and from data providers. They may contain errors or delays. The prices, charts, forecasts and other data in Djinnex Desk and in the calendar that are not published by an official body are for your personal use: do not copy or forward them, and do not use them to create other products or to trade automatically. The official figures, in Djinnex Desk and in the calendar, are published by each body: you may use them in accordance with their terms.

Liability, law and complaints

Djinnex Desk is general analysis, the same for everyone: it is not personalised advice or an order. Trading decisions are yours and we do not guarantee you any result: we are not liable for what you gain or lose as a result of the decisions you make when trading. We are, however, liable, as provided by law, for the damage we cause you if we do not provide the service as contracted or if we act with wilful misconduct or negligence. As regards the analysis, what you are contracting for is that it is prepared and published as described in these terms and conditions and on this website, not that it turns out to be right: the fact that an expectation is not met is not, in itself, a failure of the service or negligence on our part. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer. If you contract in the course of a business or profession, our liability to you is limited (see “Who can subscribe”). Before trading, read the risk warning.

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer and live in another country, you keep the protection of the rules of your country that cannot be set aside by contract. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim against us before the courts of the place where you live or before any other courts the law allows; if we had to bring a claim against you, we would do so before the courts of the place where you live. If you contract in the course of a business or profession, the competent courts are those determined by the applicable rules.

For a complaint or a claim, write to us at support@quontistechnologies.com or send us a letter to the address given in “Who you are contracting with”. We give you written proof of receipt with a reference number and we reply as soon as possible and within ten working days at most; even if there are public holidays in between, never more than fifteen calendar days. If you prefer, you can use the official complaint and claim form (hoja de quejas y reclamaciones) of the Junta de Andalucía. If we do not resolve it, we tell you in writing which alternative dispute resolution body for consumer disputes can hear your case and whether we will take part in that procedure.

Risk of loss. Trading derivatives, such as futures or CFDs, involves a high risk of loss. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

CFDs and leverage. CFDs are complex products. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and losses can mount very quickly. According to the official warning from the CNMV (Spain’s National Securities Market Commission), between 74% and 89% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs, and brokers authorised in the European Union must disclose the percentage of their own retail accounts that lose money. Check it before trading and ask yourself whether you understand how they work and whether you can afford to take the risk.

Futures. With futures, losses can exceed the capital invested.

Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a highly volatile crypto-asset. It trades every day, around the clock, and can move sharply outside the sessions that Djinnex Desk analyses or at weekends, when it does not publish. You can lose everything you invest and, if you trade it through CFDs or futures, there is the added risk of leverage.

Indices, commodities and currencies. Even if you do not use leverage, their price can move against you and you can lose part or all of what you invest. And if they are quoted in a currency other than your own (gold, silver, oil and US indices, for example, are quoted in dollars), the exchange rate can add to losses or reduce gains.

No guarantee of results. What Djinnex Desk expects for each session is not a certainty: the market can do the opposite, and no analysis eliminates losses.

Limits of the analysis. Djinnex Desk is our own analysis system, built on artificial intelligence. Like any market analysis, it can be wrong: its scenarios, key zones and expectations are possibilities, not certainties. Use them to support your own decision, never as an order.

Not personalised investment advice. The Djinnex Desk thermometer and reports are general analysis, the same for all subscribers. The thermometer is what the analysis expects for the session, not a certainty. The thermometer and the reports do not take into account your personal situation, your investment objectives or your experience, and they are not a personalised recommendation or an order to buy or sell. They do not say when to enter, nor do they include stops or position sizes. Quontis Global Regime is general information about the economic environment, the same for everyone: it is not advice. Nor is our email support, which never comments on your trades.

What it is, in legal terms. What the Djinnex Desk analysis expects for each asset, with its key zones and scenarios, is a general opinion on where the price may go during the session, the same for everyone. Under the European Market Abuse Regulation, it is a general, non-personalised investment recommendation. That is why each publication states who prepares it, when it was completed, when it was published, when it may be revised and what conflicts of interest exist, and we explain in “Information about the analysis” what it means and how long it is valid for. Quontis Global Regime, on the other hand, is general information, not a recommendation.

Conflicts of interest. Quontis Technologies receives no payment from brokers or issuers: it does not receive per-client commissions or use affiliate links, it receives nothing for you opening an account with a broker or for what you trade with it, and no one pays it for what the analysis says. You do not need to open an account with any broker to use Djinnex Desk. The owner of Quontis Technologies, who is its founder and the person responsible for the analysis, trades on own account in markets that Djinnex Desk analyses; the other persons involved in the analysis, if there are any, may also do so. Therefore, when an analysis is published, any of them may hold open positions in any of the assets analysed, including positions in the opposite direction to what the analysis expects. So that none of them opens or increases positions before you while knowing what is going to be published, and so that this can be proven, they all follow two rules. First: no one opens or increases positions in an asset from the moment they know what an analysis will say about it until 15 minutes after it is published for everyone. Second: the owner keeps a record of the trades of all of them in those assets for 5 years, so that they can be justified to the CNMV if it so requests. And if the owner or any of those persons ever had another interest or relationship that could detract from the objectivity of the analysis, the publication itself would say so.

The decisions are yours. Quontis Technologies does not manage third-party capital, does not trade on behalf of anyone and does not promise results. Investment decisions and their execution are always yours, and you are solely responsible for them.

Reference prices and CFDs. The key zones, charts and prices cited in the Djinnex Desk analysis are those of each asset’s CFD at a broker we use as a reference (what we call the “reference market” on this website), which we do not name, because we do not recommend any broker or receive payment from any: they are not stock exchange prices or futures market prices. Your broker’s CFD may show a different price, sometimes quite different, so the key zone figures will not match those on your platform exactly: go by the zones and by where the price is in relation to them. Key zones are price ranges, not exact prices: the price can react at any point within the zone.

Illustrative examples. The examples on this website are illustrative: their data are invented or, in the example dashboard, follow the shape of a real session with all the figures changed and no date. The example Quontis Global Regime is not today’s actual regime. The examples do not reflect real trades or results.

Past results. Past results, whether our own or those of others, do not guarantee future results.

Technical dependencies. The service depends on your connection and your browser. A fault in either of them may prevent it from working properly.

Who prepares the analysis, what sources it draws on, what it means and how long it is valid for: you will find it in “Information about the analysis”.

Who prepares it

Djinnex Desk reports are prepared by Quontis Technologies’ own analysis system, built on artificial intelligence, under the responsibility of its owner (see “Website owner”), who publishes them. Each publication also states the name and position of the person responsible for the analysis. Each report is prepared by the system: there is no team of analysts behind it.

Quontis Global Regime is published under the same responsibility.

Quontis Technologies is not an investment firm and is not registered with the CNMV: it publishes general analysis, the same for everyone, which does not require authorisation from the CNMV, and it does not provide personalised advice.

Djinnex Desk: what it is and what it means

What the analysis expects for each asset is a general opinion on where the price may go during the session. Under the European Market Abuse Regulation, it is a general investment recommendation: the same for everyone, without taking anyone’s circumstances into account.

Djinnex Desk: how long it is valid for

For that day’s session. The move and the next reference level for each asset are valid until the time stated in each report. In all three sessions, the expectation is set before the open and can only be revised once, in the second look; after that it does not change, unless an error has to be corrected. Correcting a figure or a piece of data is not revising the expectation. If a correction changed it, we would say so in the correction and you would also see the previous expectation, with its date.

Djinnex Desk: how it is prepared

The analysis is prepared by our own system, built on artificial intelligence, using our own method. It is an analysis of price and context: it draws on the prices of each asset’s reference market, macroeconomic data, news and what was recorded in previous sessions. The key zones and the next reference level are derived from price behaviour. The underlying hypothesis is that the past behaviour of the price and the market helps to assess what the price may do during the session; that hypothesis may cease to hold true. The hypotheses behind each expectation are set out in its report: the condition that supports it, what would cancel it and the alternative scenario. Facts are distinguished from opinions, and anything that has not been verified is stated as such. If we change the method or its hypotheses, we say so here, with the date and a summary of the change, and we announce it in the first publication issued with it. The essential points of the method are those explained in this section. We do not publish the details: we protect them as a trade secret. If the CNMV asks us to, we will justify any analysis to it.

Djinnex Desk: sources

Prices: those of each asset’s reference market (see “Reference prices and CFDs”). Macroeconomic data: the official body that publishes each figure. Forecasts for that data: the analyst consensus compiled by data providers. News: news agencies and financial media. If a source is open to doubt or a piece of data is not confirmed, the analysis says so.

Djinnex Desk: dates, corrections and the 12-month list

Each publication states the date and time it was completed and published, and the date and time of the prices it cites, always with the time zone. Next to each thermometer you see the previous expectation for that asset and its date. In your dashboard you can consult, at no extra cost, the list of all expectations published in the last 12 months, including those from before your sign-up, with the information required by the European Market Abuse Regulation. Each publication includes a link to that list.

If we find an error in a publication, we correct it in your dashboard and indicate this, with the date and time of the correction.

Quontis Global Regime

Quontis Global Regime is free and public. It describes which global economic regime we are in: the present. It is general information, the same for everyone: it is not advice or an investment recommendation, it does not refer to any specific security or issuer, it does not take your circumstances into account and it does not tell you what to do with your money. It does not make predictions or give signals.

It is reviewed once a week, and each reading states the date of its latest review. A change of regime is only accepted once it is confirmed in consecutive reviews. What its page says about how the major assets tend to behave in each regime reflects general tendencies, not a rule or a forecast.

Until launch, its page shows an illustrative example: the real indicator will be published at launch.

Conflicts of interest and risks

Our conflicts of interest are set out in “Conflicts of interest”, within the risk warning, which also explains the risks of trading. Read it before you trade.
