Price
Djinnex Desk, €69 a month at the founder price, taxes included. The founder price is only for the first 1,000 subscribers, and it’s for life: whoever joins as a founder keeps paying €69 a month as long as they stay subscribed, even once all the places are filled. For those who join later, €149 a month. Anyone who confirms their sign-up counts as a subscriber, including during the trial, and the order is set by the date and time of each sign-up. Until all 1,000 places are filled, a place is freed up when someone ends their trial having already cancelled, withdraws, or leaves with their first charge refunded. Once they’re all filled, they don’t reopen. Before you confirm your sign-up, you can see the amount that applies to you.
Billing
If you don’t cancel, the first month is charged on day 15, taxes included, to the card you gave when you started. After that, the same every month, until you cancel, with no minimum term. If a charge can’t be taken, you have 7 days to pay it from your dashboard; otherwise, your subscription ends and, if you had the founder price, you lose it.
How you pay
With a credit or debit card. Payments are handled by our payment provider, an entity authorised to provide payment services: Quontis Technologies never sees or stores your full card number.
Duration and notices
No end date: your subscription lasts until you cancel it and is paid monthly, in advance, on the same day each month. Before each monthly charge, we notify you by email at least 15 days before the last day to cancel.
Who provides the service
An individual domiciled in Spain, who works under the trade name Quontis Technologies. Full details are in the legal notice.
How to cancel
In one click, whenever you like. Cancelling is as easy as signing up: from your dashboard, without calling or writing to anyone.
- During the trial, you can cancel up to and including day 14 and pay nothing. Before then, we send you two emails, on days 7 and 12, with the date of the first charge, the last day you can leave at no cost and the link to cancel.
- If you miss the date, cancel up to and including day 29 and we refund the first charge in full. Your access to the publications ends at the end of the day you cancel.
- After that, whenever you like, with no minimum term. Once you cancel, no further charges are made and you keep access until the end of the month already paid for; cancelling doesn’t entitle you to a refund of that charge. To avoid a charge, cancel no later than the day before it.
Withdrawal
If you’re a consumer, you also have 14 calendar days to withdraw, counted from the day after you sign up: up to and including day 15 (if that day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, until the next working day), using the “Withdraw from contract here” button in your dashboard. If you withdraw after the first charge, we refund the full amount you’ve been charged.
It’s not the same as the trial: the trial is an offer from us, and withdrawal is your right. Both last 14 days, but they are two separate periods.

Quontis Technologies produces and publishes market analysis. Djinnex Desk gives you the context, the key zones and the scenarios, and you decide when to enter, where to put your stop and what size to trade. You trade with the broker you choose, under your control. The only thing you pay for is your subscription, and nobody pays us for what the analysis says. How much, when and how.
Will my price go up to €149 when the 1,000 places are filled?
No. If you join as a founder, your price is for life: you keep paying €69 a month, taxes included, as long as you stay subscribed. The €149 price is only for those who join later and for those who come back after their trial or after cancelling: if you cancel your subscription, you lose the founder price and, if you come back, you do so without a trial and at €149 a month.
Do I have to give my card details to start?
Yes. We ask for your card when you start, to check that it’s valid, to make sure each person has only one trial and, if you don’t cancel, to charge the subscription when the trial ends. You aren’t charged anything during the trial. With some cards, a small temporary hold (for example, €1) may show for a few days and is released automatically: it isn’t a charge.
When is the first charge made?
On day 15, if you don’t cancel before then: €69 at the founder price, taxes included, on the card you gave when you started, and then one charge each month. The charge has its own tick box, which is never pre-ticked, showing its amount: if you don’t tick it, the trial doesn’t start.
Do I get any notice before each charge?
Yes. Before the trial ends, we send you two emails, on days 7 and 12, with the date and amount of the first charge, the last day you can leave at no cost and the link to cancel, and on the last day we remind you in your dashboard. After that, we notify you by email before each monthly charge, at least 15 days before the last day to cancel.
Are the trial and withdrawal the same thing?
No. The trial is an offer from us: a 14-day free trial. Then €69 a month at the founder price, taxes included. If you cancel up to and including day 14, you pay nothing. Withdrawal is your legal right to leave the contract, if you’re a consumer: 14 calendar days, counted from the day after you sign up, up to and including day 15 (if that day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, until the next working day). If you withdraw after the first charge, we refund the full amount you’ve been charged.
Do I have to install anything?
No. Djinnex Desk runs on the web, in the browser on your computer, tablet or phone. It doesn’t connect to your account or trade for you: your money stays with your broker.
Do I have to open an account with a broker?
No, not for the trial or for the subscription: you use the broker you already have and, if you don’t have one yet, you choose one yourself. We don’t work with any futures or CFD broker. No agreements, no commissions and no affiliate links: we’ll never ask you to open an account with any broker.
