How the founder price works

01How it works

From day one to your decision.

The day you sign up is day 1, and day 14 is the last day of the trial. If you don’t cancel, the first charge is on day 15.

Card details at the start · One trial per person

  1. Day 1

You sign up and you’re in

You fill in the form and add your card, so we can check that it’s valid, make sure each person has only one trial and, if you don’t cancel, charge you when the trial ends. Before confirming, you see the day your trial ends and the date and amount of the first charge.

  2. Days 7 and 12

    A clear notice

On day 7, we send you an email with the date and amount of the first charge, the last day you can leave at no cost and the link to cancel. On day 12, another email reminds you.

  3. Day 14, the last one

    We remind you

We remind you in your dashboard that same day. If you’re not convinced, cancel in one click from your dashboard up to and including the last day and you pay nothing.

  4. Day 15

    If you stay

The first charge: €69 at the founder price, taxes included, and then one charge each month, with no minimum term. Your dashboard stays the same: there’s nothing to unlock.

The trial days are calendar days and count from your sign-up: weekends and public holidays count too, even though there’s no session on those days; the trial isn’t extended because of them.

If you miss the date, cancel up to and including day 29 and we refund the first charge in full.

It’s a launch offer: it may stop being available later on. If it changes, we’ll say so here, and trials already under way will be honoured.

Full terms

02What’s included

Full access, in your dashboard.

During the trial you get all of Djinnex Desk: the same analysis you’ll have if you stay.

The sessions

  • Asia: the Nikkei 225, gold, silver and Bitcoin.
  • London, in the morning: the DAX, the FTSE 100, gold, silver, Brent crude, EUR/USD and GBP/USD.
  • New York, in the afternoon: the Dow Jones, the Nasdaq 100, the S&P 500, gold, silver, WTI crude, Bitcoin and USD/CAD.
  • In all three sessions, two publications every session day: before the open and the second look.
  • Gold and silver are in all three sessions; Bitcoin, in Asia and New York. Oil comes in two versions: Brent in London and WTI in New York.

In your dashboard

  • In each publication, the 5-minute candlestick chart of the session for each asset, with the key zones and their prices, and the scenarios: an indicative sketch, not an order.
  • The bias thermometer for each asset: what the analysis expects for each session, with its confidence, its reasoning and what would cancel it.
  • The essentials of each day, with the full analysis one click away.
  • The glossary, with trading jargon in plain language.
  • Every session since you signed up stays in your dashboard: its publications and the changes to the thermometer.

Want to see it before you sign up? The dashboard shows what a session looks like. It’s an illustrative example: it isn’t real analysis.

03What you need

A browser. Nothing to install.

An up-to-date browser on your computer, tablet or phone, and an internet connection. You don’t have to install any programs, set up your platform or connect your broker account. You keep trading with your usual broker and platform, even if they’re for CFDs. To start the trial, you also need a card: you aren’t charged anything during the trial.

04Frequently asked questions

Before you sign up.

All the questions in Help

Is the trial free?

Yes. A 14-day free trial: you use the full Djinnex Desk without paying anything. Then, if you don’t cancel, €69 a month at the founder price, taxes included.

How the founder price works

How many days does the trial last and when does it start counting?

14 calendar days, counted from your sign-up: that day is day 1 and day 14 is the last. Weekends and public holidays count too, even though there’s no session; the trial isn’t extended because of them. It includes everything we publish from your sign-up until the end of day 14. If you sign up before a session opens, you get that whole session; if it’s already under way, you get what we publish for it from your sign-up onwards. Before you confirm your sign-up, we tell you the day your trial ends.

Do I have to give my card details to start?

Yes. We ask for your card when you start, to check that it’s valid, to make sure each person has only one trial and, if you don’t cancel, to charge for the subscription when the trial ends. You aren’t charged anything during the trial.

Do I have to open an account with a broker?

No. Not for the trial or for the subscription: you use the broker you already have, whether for CFDs or futures, and, if you don’t have one yet, you choose it yourself. We don’t work with any futures or CFD broker. No agreements, no commissions and no affiliate links: we’ll never ask you to open an account with any broker.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you don’t cancel, the first charge is made on day 15 and your subscription continues: €69 a month at the founder price, taxes included. If you don’t want to continue, cancel in one click from your dashboard up to and including the last day of the trial and you won’t be charged anything. And, if you miss the date, cancel up to and including day 29 and we refund the first charge in full. On days 7 and 12, we send you an email with the date of the first charge, the last day you can leave at no cost and the link to cancel; on the last day, a reminder in your dashboard. If you stay, nothing changes in your dashboard.

How do I cancel my subscription?

During the trial, in one click from your dashboard: the “Cancel my trial” button is always in view. If you do it up to and including the last day of the trial, you aren’t charged anything. You can keep using your dashboard until the end of that day and, if you made a mistake, undo it while the trial lasts. Once the trial is over, it’s the same: in one click, whenever you like, with no minimum term. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time.

Are the trial and the 14 days to withdraw the same thing?

No, they’re two different things. The trial is an offer from us: a 14-day free trial. Then €69 a month at the founder price, taxes included. If you cancel up to and including its last day, you pay nothing. Withdrawal is your legal right if you’re a consumer: 14 calendar days counted from the day after you sign up, so you can withdraw up to and including day 15 (if that day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, until the next working day). If you withdraw after the first charge and within the withdrawal period, we refund the full amount you’ve been charged.

What you agree to

Can I share the reports?

The reports are for you: your account is personal, during the trial too. That’s why they can’t be copied, forwarded or published, in whole or in part, in groups, channels or on social media. If someone you know is interested, they can start their own free trial.

Terms

Do I have to trade during the trial?

No. You can prepare each session, watch and review, or trade on a demo account: if you’re just starting out, it’s a good way to learn the method without risking money. A day without trading because it wasn’t the day for it is a good day too. The decision is yours.

My broker already gives me free analysis. What does Djinnex Desk add?

Every Asia, London and New York session, worked through at each stage (before the open and the second look): four markets in Asia, seven in London and eight in New York, with the reasoning behind each point and what would cancel each expectation. What matters, organised and explained. The trial lets you check for yourself.

What makes it different

05What you agree to

No small print.

This is what you agree to when you start the trial: what you’re signing up for, when it ends, when you’re charged, how we notify you and how you leave. If a change makes your subscription worse, we email you at least 30 days in advance (if it’s beyond our control and we find out later, as soon as we know) and you can leave free of charge. You’ll see it again, with your dates, before you confirm your sign-up. And one rule: your account is personal. If you share the reports, we may close your account (as explained under “Personal use” in the terms). And remember what you’re signing up for: general analysis, the same for everyone, produced by our own system, built on artificial intelligence. It can be wrong and it isn’t a personalised recommendation.

Your trial: 14 calendar days.

The day you sign up counts as the first, and every day counts, including weekends and public holidays, even though there’s no session; the trial isn’t extended because of them. The trial runs until the end of its last day, day 14, at midnight, Madrid time.

The first charge, on day 15.

If you don’t cancel, the first month of Djinnex Desk is charged on day 15: €69 at the founder price, taxes included, to the card you gave when you started. After that, the same every month, on the same day of the month as the first charge (or on the last day of the month, if that month doesn’t have that day), until you cancel, with no minimum term. If that charge can’t be taken, you have 7 days to pay it.

How the founder price works

The charge, only with your permission.

As well as the tick box for the terms, the charge has its own, which is never pre-ticked. By ticking it, you authorise the charge of €69 a month, taxes included, from day 15 if you don’t cancel before then. Without that box ticked, the trial doesn’t start. And the sign-up is confirmed, at its last step, with a button that clearly states that the order obliges you to pay (for example, “Subscribe with obligation to pay”): even though the trial is free, by using it you accept that you’ll be charged if you don’t cancel in time.

We notify you before each charge.

On days 7 and 12 of the trial, we send you an email with the date and amount of the first charge, the last day you can leave at no cost and the link to cancel, and on the last day we remind you in your dashboard. After that, we notify you by email before each monthly charge, at least 15 days before the last day to cancel.

Cancelling, as easy as signing up.

From your dashboard, in one click, without calling or writing to anyone. Up to and including the last day of the trial, you pay nothing. If you miss the date, cancel up to and including day 29 and we refund the first charge in full; your access to the publications ends at the end of the day you cancel. After that, whenever you like: once you cancel, no further charges are made and you keep access until the end of the month already paid for; cancelling doesn’t entitle you to a refund of that charge. To avoid a charge, cancel no later than the day before it.

14 days to withdraw.

It’s separate from the trial. If you’re a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw, without giving any reason. They are counted from the day after you sign up: with your sign-up day as day 1, you can withdraw up to and including day 15 (if that day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, until the next working day). As your access starts on the day you sign up, the form asks you to request that immediate start expressly, with its own tick box. If you withdraw during the trial, you pay nothing. If you withdraw after the first charge and within the withdrawal period, we refund the full amount you’ve been charged. You do it with the “Withdraw from contract here” button in your dashboard.

06When sign-ups open

Sign-ups open soon.

You can’t start the trial yet: we’re getting everything ready to open. This is how signing up will work:

  • Where we sell. In any country in the world where we can sell to you. You can subscribe if you’re 18 or over and of legal age in your country. At the payment step, you tell us which country you live in. If we can’t sell to you in your country, we tell you at that same step, before charging you anything.
  • Who you contract with. The owner of Quontis Technologies, an individual domiciled in Spain. Full details are in the legal notice.
  • In two steps. Your details and then your card. Before confirming, you see a summary of what you’re signing up for and your dates, and you can go back and correct any detail.
  • How you pay. With a credit or debit card. Payments are handled by our payment provider, an entity authorised to provide payment services: we never see or store your full card number. You aren’t charged anything during the trial and, if you miss the date, you can leave at no cost up to and including day 29.
  • In Spanish or English. The contract is concluded in Spanish or in English, in the language you sign up in. When you confirm, we email you the confirmation, with the terms in a file you can keep. We keep a copy and will send it to you again if you ask.
  • With a legal guarantee. If the service doesn’t work as contracted, you have the right to have us fix it, to a price reduction or, if the fault isn’t minor, to end the contract.
